Companionship is available in your own home or can include trips out to make daily chores more enjoyable and your favourite leisure activities more achievable.

Personal Assistance
Dignity and autonomy is at the forefront of my business and a more personal approach to care is offered with that ethos in mind at all times.
Personal Assistance covers care and support over available mornings, lunchtimes and evenings with washing and bathing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, running errands, supporting medical appointments, medication prompt and liaison with you and your loved ones all provided so that care is tailored to your needs and wishes.
Experience with dementia, EOL and Palliative Care plus post hospital/surgery discharge.
Respite Support
Family is precious and when you are caring for a loved one it can sometimes mean that you also need some time out and self care too.
With this in mind, Respite Support can become a real life line for everyone and can be delivered in a flexible way.
I can accompany a family day out where extra support is needed or look after your loved one at home as a companion or personal assistant.
For added flexibility, respite support can be booked on an as and when/weekly contract.

I have happily lived in Corsham for 10 years and have 12 years of NHS experience, in women's health and as a community HCA supporting housebound patients and care home residents.
I am driven by both professional and personal experience to deliver a bespoke home care service that tailors care to suit a range of needs, adhering to the person centred care ethos.
Qualifications:
Care Certificate (Wilts Health and care)
Diploma in Health and Social care (OU)
Relational Care (OU)
Level 2 Understanding the Safe Handling of Medicine in Health and social care.
Adult BLS
NHS Health Care Support experience with The Royal Cornwall Hospital and Chippenham Community Hospital.
Full Driving License and up to date DBS checks.
